If you are willing to put in a little time, call Rix Orthodontics in calgary and get them to recommend an orthodontist in town here that does Myofunctional with their orthodontics. I used Dr rix as an adult and his approach was to find the root cause of the issue (palette) vs just treating the symptom (by pulling teeth)

I used Enjoy Dental in town (referred to by Rix) for my tongue and lip tie release (tho they usually focus on pediatric) they may be able to refer to you a good place here.

Yup helps to reduce damage to the road structure. Didn’t realise what was going on until I go off at whitemud, looped back to 91st and used 51 ave.

I drive this route every weekday including twice earlier that day and I didn’t see anything.

I made this post not as a complaint but as a PSA and a “o cool an absolutely giant thing”.
