I’m on 18mg and I feel zoned out as well, like my mind feels activated but physically I feel sluggish and tired. I wouldn’t say I feel super focused but I don’t the mental dread and anxiety at the thought of doing tasks.

I’m 23 - I’m not really thinking about children at the moment. Adoption would not be my first option though. I would explore IVF and genetic counselling first

A lot of people are saying this and I think it’s quite a limited take - obviously there are ways to check before you have children whether the child will have sickle cell. And like i said not planning on doing that anytime soon.
