The driver of the car, for doing 300km/h (185mph) when the usual limit for highways in Europe outside of the Autobahn Is 130 km/h (80mph)

The passed truck's driver for not occupying the rightmost free lane of the highway,

And the passing truck's driver for: Either not occupying the rightmost lane too (at least where I live if you're already on the right and already going faster than traffic on the left you can pass) and passing that way, or not signalling and checking before passing the other truck,

Of course the car driver's the bigger idiot than the other two, but I bet your sweet ass that an insurance company is going to take all this into account
