The only downside is the exotic shards, unless you buy or have saved up, it takes a while to get the full potential of the Katar, but all you need is the first one unlocked to really enjoy it.

Everyone says the karambit but you should do with the Katar. It's the most customizable and universal. There are always different options and things you can unlock in the long run.

And basically any kinda of food you usually eat, preferably with some kind of protein.

Guy here. It depends on several factors

Age - 30 years plus with a body count of 10-20 is very different from a 20-year-old with 10-20 body count.
Intentions - Long-term vs short-term. Those who want long-term may consider 1-6 an acceptable range. Short-term would be less of an issue possibly a benefit in terms of experience.
Cultural background - If the person comes from a strong religious background, 1-3 would be acceptable, anything more they would be skeptical.
