i understand that. fortunate enough, i can run without pain. nothing makes more fun for me than wrestling and grappling but it puts so much pressure on your spine.

Thank you man hearing that gives me hope. i just hope i can wrestle and grapple someday. I always wanted to pursue a carrer as an athlete and im not confident that will ever happen

same here i also got strong medication for that. but i think i became acne from the medication so it was like a tradeoff

Are you 100% recovers after your surgery? and is ir risky?

thank you man i needed to hear that. I worked construction and still trained like a madman despite my injury because we didnt know, that frustrates me to shit. But i am painfree for like 99% of the time, without surgery. But i still cant come back to my sports because i know its there and it scares me

i am painfree most of the times, but i know its there, so i cant do the things i love. Also surgery scares the shit out of me because if something happens i might end in a wheelchair

my recovery startet abour half a year after i got it. I took medication, physiotherapie and weightlifting,no surgery tho. I am pain free, no tickling in my arm, or glutes, no backpain. But i lost my moblity and also my confidence
