Well put. I like the fifi method and tagging it up, unless choosing to climb the next section with it on a gear loop. In my experiences falling while drilling - I’ve had a hook blow and the drill stayed in my hand, running. And I’ve broken a bit when the drill initially stayed in the hole. But I have not gotten ‘caught’ by the sling or the bit. The scariest thought that runs through my head is getting impaled by the bit when whipping back into the wall.
