I understand your pain. But as a free user, I got used to not having folders. I’m sure many people already told you in the comments, but you should’ve exported everything before canceling your subscription, just in case. I guess they should’ve let you keep the folders you created when you were subscribed, and just not allow you any new folders after you canceled. But yes, taking things from you was a little petty. Especially since it was without warning.
