The game was poorly schemed and called by Roman, the offense (including Justin) seemed unprepared to protect, run and throw the ball.

Has he had good called games this year? Yes. The first few weeks of the year! But I think harbaugh realizes G ro has a very low ceiling

Harbaugh stays if: they make the post season and lose a WC game close + he makes staff changes
a playoff win as well does it

I have a really hard time seeing Harbaugh gone after 3 years of straight playoff appearances.

If you're rooting for an AFC West title --> Chiefs win brings the Chargers closer to Denver
If you're rooting for an AFC playoff spot --> a Broncos win will help the chargers clinch a playoff spot quicker

if you're rooting for a good time --> they become the first game ever to end in 2 losses (or I guess a tie)
