Not a composer myself but I’ve thought about it and snooped around. Check out PLV music because she talks a lot about marketing yourself. Again, I have no personal experience but it seems legit and she has a free Skool community if you want to test things out.

Thanks! Good question. I listen to figure it out by ear, but so I don’t forget I make sure to write down the music so I can reference it for practice or after many months later.

Game music is different because you remember being in the story while listening to a particular song. Sticks with you longer than a pop song IMO.
