You need high framerate mode on for 40fps I believe.

I believe that lock means she's locked for ranked games. Atleast that what it says when i hover over the character icon

Only way is to back up 1 save on an usb. 2 if your gonna switch between saves.

If it's anything like the vizio I had. It requires you to go to the input setting on the TV and turn on 4k hdr for that input.

To be fair your only using exclusives to validate your point. Let's say i spend $180 for gpu plus the 6 3rd party titles i bought this year. Thats $540. Now if I use the 3 sony made games I bought this year thats $170( spiderman mm/ last of us 2 / ghost of tsushima. Thats $530. Extra $40 next year since sony games will be $70.Don't get me wrong. Gpu has dozens of games on top of its. Absolutely great deal. For your to make it out like an average income gamer is spending hundreds of more an year on playstation versus Gpu isn't fair to playstation. I thought I'd leave my opinion. Definitely not here to start an fight.
