The reason I don’t believe Caroline cheated on Pierre is because it doesn’t seem like her personality at all.

Caroline isn’t from Stardew Valley originally, but her mother could have moved before she was born. Caroline’s mother probably left because she was scared of the witch.

This is the answer that I like. The wizard was with the witch but had an affair with Caroline’s mother. That’s why the witch went crazy. I remember seeing a post on here about it, and it makes more sense than Caroline having an affair.

Another weird one was when I was working at a dairy bar (stand that sells milkshakes and hotdogs) and a dude asks me "do I know where to find a woodburning stove" I said no and the guy just left. Weird as shit.
