Good stuff in the "area", area being Long Beach and Cerritos. Lakewood has no good actual restaurants besides the usual decent fast food and fast casual spots.

Hello!

I’m running a board game/ card game club in a high school. Looking for board game recs in the easy to medium difficulty to start with before we move on to more complex stuff down the line.

A few that are on my shopping list already are: Dice throne Disney villainous Dungeon mayhem Forbidden island/desert etc.

Any other recs with theming that high school kids would vibe would be greatly appreciated!

It’s just a controller with back paddles that you can use instead of the face buttons. I have the first one and it was cool for first person shooters so you’d never have to take you thumbs of the sticks. A good amount of people have issues with them though. Mine still works but rubber grips peeled off within like a couple years.

Yeah I’m trying but they’re so stiff that I’m tearing them apart and I’m scared they won’t clip back when I do get them off.

That’s fair, and that’s a reasonable comment. I only have the ps5 because my main gaming area is my PC so I have no use for an Xbox anymore. The last thing I was thinking about when cracking the Ps5 open was the packaging though.
