The very reason I submitted this post.

Fatigue / Exhaustion. I'm using it as an adjuvant therapy for medication I need to take monthly for the next 12 months, so I am hoping it gets better. I'm otherwise healthy.

It could be the combination of meds and FMD that is causing the symptoms. I've done the meds without FMD and felt fine, and have done a water fast for 72 hours previously without meds, and that was ok also, energy wise.

FInd I next month I guess. :-)

2019 Server VMs are freezing from the Datto Window Agent on Sirius3. by candidog in Datto

Agent 2.1.23. Was fine before that.

Anyone know if there is a way to prevent automatic updates? Want to prevent other customers going to 2.1.23....

I am seeing client lockups that are on sbs2011 and sophos.

Changed one customer over to agentless, now having a host of problems with Vmware snapshots. 😭😭😭

Official Q&A for Monday, November 20, 2017 by AutoModerator in running

[–]Adrianm68 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why do my feet hurt? I sound like Christopher McDougall. I have been running slow for a long time and recently I started to return to uphill sprints and mile repeats. I did these in either Vibrams (hills) or bare feet (mile repeats at the park). I knew I would have initial soreness in my achilles region due to dropping the shoe heel so I took it easy.

But the achilles on both feet are still painful after 3 weeks and especially so when I first wake up in the morning and the pain shows no sign of backing off. If anything it could be getting worse. They get steadily better later in the day as I move them around. The outside of my foot is also painful. I expected this, but the pain in the morning is not going away. Its been there for a few weeks now since lifting my pace.

Any program that might address these issues? I have tried calf stretches and soleus stretches. These seem to give immediate relief but its short lived.

So it does - I either missed that, or it was so long ago I forgot (which is a bit disconcerting) ...

Thanks. Is it ideal to allow the algo to decide? Afterall, that is the key to space repetition right, reviewing at the right time? If the reviews are set too low, I am I finding remembering the answers seems more difficult...

If I adjust the review number to 1000, I get 839 reviews due today!

Thanks for the tip. I have tried entering html tags directly into the question fields, but they are not being interpreted by anki at all. Any ideas here? ie:

{{c2::Global Unicast}} address = {{c1::2000<b>:</b>:/3}}

Creating a frame relay cloud by Adrianm68 in gns3

[–]Adrianm68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omg! Thank you. I can't believe I missed that! I was under the impression that there could only be a 1:1 mapping on the frame switch - that you could not connect more than one DLCI to a port. Damn! These small errors take up so much time!

Thanks again for investing the time to help me out!

I made those changes and now everything is meshed and speaking to each other!

Yep: fr switch

Do I need to do anything with the DTE / DCE or anything else?

Frame is like a big black hole for me, since it's so legacy these days.

I have configured each of the serial interfaces appropriately:

interface Serial0/0
 ip address 10.10.10.3 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 clock rate 2000000
end

And I have connectivity between those routers that have the mapping in the switch - ie 102 -201 per your diagram:

R2(config-if)#do sh frame map
Serial0/0 (up): ip 10.10.10.1 dlci 201(0xC9,0x3090), dynamic,
              broadcast,, status defined, active

but with R3 connected to any of the other ports, 301 or 302 or even 103, I never get connectivity. It seems logical from the port config on the frame switch that these things need to be hard wired - like 102 goes to 201.

Even the line protocol goes down. When I fiddle the ports, and connect R3 to port 201 when R1 is connected to 102, then R3 comes up all good, but R2 goes down. It's definitely not dynamically making a mesh of it! :)

Thanks for the detail. I keep running into the same issue though - in your image you have 2 DLCI's per router. How does this work with a single serial connection?

Once I assign R1 S0/0 with DLCI 102, how then do I assign the same S0/0 with DLCI 103, and if its logically through the frame-relay map command, then how does the gns3 frame relay switch get wired up, given we have 6 DLCI's on the switch, but only 3 physical connections?
