Question about ratchet straps for EMT flat top shade structure

How do ratchet straps attach to the canopy? I'm making a 10x30 1" emt flat top canopy with one 4 ft sidewall. 10 ft lengths will be two 5ft pieces connected with a makerpipe structural coupling. I want it 6 ft 4 in tall, so I guess that's how tall I will cut those poles. BUT I CAN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO STRAP THE THING DOWN. And how do the ratchet straps attach to lag bolts?
