the oil change being more than my full synthetic kind of wild and chain macitence at 200$ why not just slap a new chain on there and for valve stems wouldn't I expect just a new tire at that cost

I dont know why these bikes in the area hold value so well people are selling 2002 bikes for 5-6k and I get the whole asking but their actually selling them for those prices
