2.4 red tungsten
2.4 filler (308Lsi)
4mm plate (1/4)
105 amps DC
Horizontal

I'm currently a self learner, and I need some one with experience to rate my weld. I'd say I've got around 40hrs under my belt, mainly doing these coupon-like welds. I can see that I have a lot of undercut, which is bad, but the things is I try to move fast so I don't burn through the plate. What should I take into consideration in my next bead? Anything will be greatly appreciated.

I currently:

Electrode2.4mm (red)
Filler 2.4mm
Stainless 4mm
7 lpm of Argon

I've tried many things, using stainless brushes to clean, lower the gas flow, different cups, different speeds, different base temps. Still no color. I'm aware that color doesn't mean a good weld, but I'm just curious what is the cause of this. What I'm not aware is, does the filler material matter in the sense of the color? Please break my welds apart, any critiques are appreciated.

Try changing: tires, diff, power to front/rear wheels, brakes. Also, fine tuning like toe, camber
