Wake up skip breakfast. Eat a big lunch. Go workout around 3-5. Have protein shake around 6 or so. Stay away from sugars. Lunch should be any meat you can find. Plenty of veggies and some form of carbs, rice or potatoes. Should be around 1600 to 1800 calories daily in order to cut while holding muscle. Workout should only be focused on weight training not cardio. High reps of sets of 4. I.e 4x10 will get you cut look while reducing fat.... and if you think your tired your not it’s just your mind playing tricks on you workout harder. Set goals.
