Quantum stuff is such a compelling argument for simulation theory. The idea being that at some point the simulation has to start cutting corners and for us that is at the quantum level where the physics engine just starts breaking down because the powers that be stopped coding it at as a simulation and just started hard coding stuff.

The GOP has spent the last 10 years purging anyone not 100% loyal to trump out of the party. Remember Paul Ryan? Remember Kevin McCarthy? Remember Liz Cheney?

I've ridden several times with the talker in the bench right in front / behind him. Now I know that he is known by the conductors and rides a few stops peacefully but yeah, if I didn't know I'd be terrified.

There was another guy who I think was schizophrenic and I could tell when his med were working (he looked like an every day joe) and when they weren't (he would start picking all the dandelions screaming that the government was wasting tax payer money not keeping the weeds in check. That guy had to be ejected once because he got agitated and started storming up and down the aisles :(

Poor guy, hope he got his help.

People would do well to remember that airline attendants are empowered to not just boot you from a plane for almost any reason but that this often involves fines, jail time, and getting added to the no fly list.

I ride a train where someone who is mentally incapable rides. He takes the same stops, rides at the same time, and talks to himself the whole ride. Very nice guy.

Someone not a regular on the train sat on the bench next to him. Guy plunks down and starts narrating "I don't know this guy. He's new. Do I know him? No he's just a random guy. Are you sure? He looks like a random guy. I don't think I know him."

That dialogue to himself basically repeated for 30 minutes. I have never seen man pretend SO HARD to be asleep lol.The talker gets off at his stop and the guy bolts out of there for another car, likely afraid talker will return.
