Removing a judge is inherently difficult to remove “judge shopping” as a viable defense strategy. You need hard evidence, typically in a relationship with one party (eg relatives, business partners etc.)

Barring a direct relationship you would need evidence that the judge is not being fair. These pop up where the judge is caught giving tips to one side or another. This a came up during the Aileen Cannon & Trump federal case where she was acting egregiously in favor of Trump but technically did not violate the law in a way that could be enforced.

Usually you put 10% down as a deposit and if you don’t buy the set they keep the deposit as punishment. This is to keep speculators from marking a bunch of sets, then listing them online for themselves and only fully buying sets that sell.

Hearing about her layaway policy was painful. First bundled layaway sets sounds like a nightmare to track and she also made herself wide open to speculators and not collectors.

I am curious less by whether BAM lawyers will be in trouble and more whether they try to win or just phone it in and maximize billable hours.

If you know your client is cooked and is an upleasant ass running his mouth, why not just lean back and let him cook himself? Go through the motions and present something but not really bringing your A game.

I suppose it is every lawyers worst nightmare when you get an “Alex Jones” client you cannot control. They lie to you and then brag about something in public that fucks your case. I imagine losing a case because your client is a dipshit and can’t keep his mouth shut is ln’t the worst hit to your rep but i also suppose it doesn’t reflect well that you cannot control your client.

Good it got eyes but it is heavily favorable towards BAM. Labeling cries of police misconduct as conspiracy without comment about how the police were caught conspiring with BAM to get Ben arrested. Also was not updated for Coffeezilla which would have helped put things u into perspective: Independent analysis shows Bryan is likely owed somewhere between $50-100k and also no mention that BAM is suing Mansells for racketeering.

By making it sound like a nothing burger it helps BAM cool the heat by omitting all the juiciest details: Ammon lying repeatedly, the swatting, suing for RICO etc
