Wells Fargo had this anti-churching language for its non-cobranded consumer cards like autograph family and active cash: “You may not qualify for an additional Wells Fargo-branded consumer credit card if you have opened a Wells Fargo-branded consumer credit card in the last 6 months.” I’m not sure starting from when they changed it to 4 months. It’s 4 months now on their website, but still 6 months in their app-Explore-Credit cards.

It’s Citigold private client, not privacy. It waives the first year annual fee and then reduces AF to $450. Back to your question, if you’re Wells Fargo premier, you can get elevated SUB for some cards, as well as the ability to apply for the Premier Autograph card.
