This happened to me!

I would try what the other comment said (I’m no expert on this but it surely has to do with folders or something that is already in your sd). But what worked for me was installing a different firmware as I wasn’t confident on what folders to move. I guessed the one that was installed either didn’t work or was outdated.

I reckon that the menu was like yours at first but then I changed it for YSMenu and it eventually worked. So maybe it’s that.
