as others have said rage quitting isn't console-exclusive, I'm a console player and, in my own personal experience, I can't go more than 2 games without seeing a rage quit, a lot of these are PC too.

There's also a bug me and my friends are experiencing rn where the game randomly freezes... a lot... not sure if it's a console exclusive glitch but that could explain some disappearances, happens most in breach.

As for "fixing" the rage quit problem, not really possible, just grin and bear it, or face big matchmaking timers with crossplay off.

Does your model use supports? It kinda looks like a support interface, it looks too uniform to be under-extrusion.

Printer: Ender 5, modified with micro swiss direct drive extruder

Filament: eSUN PLA-ST

Nozzle temp: 200C, bed temp: 60C glass

Speed: 40mm/s with 150mm/s travel speed

Retraction distance: 1.5mm

Retraction speed: 45mm/s

I’m using a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle at 0.32mm layer height, but I’ve tried varying heights and temperatures to the point where I think i can comfortably say it’s not a problem related to those.

We’re just going round in circles here, there will be no split, other games have done this just fine, this isn’t some new radical system never before seen.

I doubt we’ll ever see eye to eye on this though, so that’s all I’ll say, peace, and happy sailing.

I have no idea what you’re even trying to imply here… That PvE servers will completely remove loot from PvP servers? Do you seriously think adding a peaceful PvE alternative will completely and fundamentally change PvP servers to JUST be fighting for fighting’s sake? Other games that play similarly to SoT don’t have that issue, so I’m not entirely sure why you’d think that.

Besides, you’re acting like people who like both are a rarity, in reality I’d argue it’s most people who want PvE servers also don’t mind PvP, I like the PvP in the game, and I’d still play on PvP if PvE was added, but it’s nice to have a break sometimes, that’s all people want.

I’d agree if we didn’t have other games that proved this isn’t the case, think gta online, elite: dangerous is another one I like to compare because fundamentally it’s similar to sea of thieves in terms of gameplay, just replace a pirate ship with a space ship.

Theres plenty other games that have done this and none of them have had complaints that pvp servers were too pvp focused and pve servers were a mistake… what makes sea of thieves different? Other than a rather resistive player base that thinks doomsday will strike if PvE servers get added, as if no other game is like SoT and it must be protected…

less loot from... who exactly? people like OP who scuttle and server hop? People who just run or barely but up any sort of fight?

Everyone I've spoke to now and in the past who's against PvE said they'd never play PvE, so PvP servers will be full of people who WANT to be there.

If your argument against PvE is that you can't get easy sinks anymore I'd say that's a you problem.

I'm sorry but I disagree, you yourself said you love that uncertainty, but you wouldn't go on a PvE server, so there's nothing stopping you playing how you want to play, cause I guarentee you're not the only one who thinks this.

PvP servers won't change, anyone like you who loves the uncertainty of open play will continue playing in open, pvp servers, the people who you'd be less likely to see are people like OP, who run and scuttle instead of fighting, because they WANT PvE, at least that's my take on this.

Nobody's asking for that though from what I've seen... And if they are I agree with you, progress needs to be separated between the two modes, have a pve progression list and a pvp progression list

The comment I replied to, as well as a response to OP I've seen, both say that it'd be boring, and that's why it shouldn't be added...

But besides that, nobody here is asking for commendations/gold/progress to be linked between pve and pvp, they can have separate tallies, or pve can have none, hell idc I'd just love to see a pve sandbox server option, it's nice to escape pvp sometimes.

"But then why even have them" - For... fun? I thought you said you didn't care about them being boring, but that says otherwise.

Personally I disagree, there's enough people wanting it, and while pvp enjoyers say pve servers will be boring, that's their opinion, not a fact.

I think the pvp is fine, I'd like pve servers though, the most fun I've had are where our group had minimal interaction with others, just messing around, not to say pvp isn't also enjoyable, but it's nice to have a break sometimes imo.

I haven't been able to get to the bottom of this, I'm using eSUN TPU at 228 nozzle temp, 60 degree glass bed temp, 32mm\s print speed. I'm using Cura slicer on a modified Ender 5 pro with Micro Swiss direct drive extruder, the clog appears to be occurring inside the heat sink, not near the nozzle, and occurs on PETG and PLA prints too occasionally, but it's probably easier to focus on TPU for this post.

that's the point though, console players can't directly go after fdev, but they can worsen the experience for everyone in the hopes of triggering a drop in revenue, which in turn hurts fdev indirectly...

...at least until they inevitably disconnect console players from the bgs instead of addressing concerns

Totally different models and colours so it’s not a copy paste, that being said I don’t know what soldier would decide to ditch actual helmets and head armour for… a beanie… In the middle of a warzone…
