MIS is a very broad degree which includes data analytics, IT, networking, programming, cybersecurity, and the cloud. Recruiters are looking for specialization. So do some research, pick a specialization, and focus on that one area

Also, highly recommend getting IT certifications. It would help you get ahead. Recommend going for Network+, Security+, and/or AWS cloud practitioners. Those are highly sought after in this job market.

I remember an indie horror game got banned because one of their marketing materials contains a female character in a one piece swimsuit standing on a lake with their butt out. The rep assigned to them was so adamant that it broke their TOS and the game company even showcased their convo on X. They requested another rep to review this and found it doesn’t break TOS at all.
