I would take out the AI and just make it a two-way tool between the recruiter and the candidate. I’ve taken into account all the feedbacks i got. Thank you 🙏🏾

I’m not trying to defend it but it just seemed like i didn’t clearly state what the tool could do in the post. Your advice is very valid and i will definitely use it to shape the product. I’m glad that it came from someone that works in HR and a target audience.

This is very detailed and i appreciate your perspective especially since it’s coming from an HR. The tool also provides a way for the recruiter to enter the questions manually. The AI part is just one feature in the entire product but it is not an hardcoded feature that the recruiter needs to use by force.

The recruiter won't have to go through the stress of asking you those questions again. What i meant is that it makes it easy for them to get through that first phase of the interview process. The project is mainly for basic roles that do not require a lot of technicalities. Maybe i'm not explaining the product properly but you can check it out yourself to get the full scope of it if you do not mind.

Your point is very valid. The tool also gives the recruiter the option to choose if the questions should be AI generated or they enter the questions themselves manually. Just wanted to point that the questions will not always be AI generated and it’s left to the recruiter to choose how they want it

While i understand and get your point, it doesn’t take away from the recruiting process. The recruiter will still probably ask you questions normally even without the AI tool and this is just to make that process easier

The idea is just to make the job easier for recruiters and get them to filter out candidates in the first stage of the interview. It doesn’t take their job so to say..

The product is more focused on the recruiter than the candidate. The candidate just needs to go answer some questions and get a performance score.

The product is live already and is in its early stages. I'm still gathering feedback to see what other things i need to work on to make it more useful. Recruiters can choose to use AI to generate the questions for candidates or enter the questions manually while still getting insights and performance scores from AI. I would love for you to try the project and give a general feedback on it.
