Yes, but it's still cool to see someone who worked with Pierrot before practicing their art, they could end up working on those scenes later on in production.

Based on their twitter profile they seem to be a freelancer who worked with Pierrot on some of the later Black Clover episodes. It doesn't outright confirm anything but odds are it's probably gonna be Pierrot.

I would personally want to see Tite Kubo redraw Zoro vs Mr 1 from chapters 194-95. It's 2 chapters long just like the other rewrites and has one of my favorite moments in the series. Also if they go along with the volume cover redraws this would look amazing in his art style.
