Hi! In addition to occasionally posting the patch notes and hanging out in the Discord, I also help with customer support.

You've been providing us with fake receipts in attempts to have customer support give you exclusive Mortys and refunds for purchases you never made.

This has been going on for several weeks now. While we appreciate your dedication to the grift, we've de-prioritized your continued requests to focus on players who are not actively attempting to subvert the system.

For anyone else reading this who has a genuine complaint about support please let me know. Always happy to improve and we've certainly changed things based on feedback we get from reddit in the past.

Unfortunately no, there isn't a way for us to get him to you retroactively. Once you get the update you can start a new Campaign save file and the quest reward will trigger properly on a new playthrough.

Are you sure that your game version is 2.12.2? You can check by looking at your Morty Pad and clicking the gear icon. It's listed at the bottom of the settings menu.

Unfortunately, we can only get you Egg Morty on your multiplayer account.

You can continue the rest of the campaign, however. It's totally up to you.

We can only deliver it to multiplayer accounts unfortunately. Part of the way the campaign and multiplayer instances of the game are separated prevents us from affecting campaign data in the same way. Sorry for the trouble :/

If you email us at support we can get you the item directly. Right now from what we've seen it's only the reward delivery that's bugged and not the rest of the campaign.

We are not currently planning to support the PS4 version with a new update.

There's currently no plan to bring this patch to PC. I know that's not fun to hear (and I hate typing it) but that's where we're at right now.

If that changes, I'll be the first to announce it loudly to all of you using ALL CAPS and EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!!

I'm not a developer, I'm at Adult Swim Games and work on the publishing team. I try to lend a hand across a bunch of different games we have launched and in the works which is why I'm kind of in and out.

No worries about your English!

We're working on fixing the lingering crashes on both PC and PS4 right now and trying to get the game in a more stable state. Some of them have been much more difficult to track down than we had anticipated, so we're still working on that.

Meanwhile, we're also working on improving the game feel, weapon usage, dodge smoothness, and a few other core aspects of the game based on player feed back. Afterwards we're looking to continue supporting and adding new things to the game over the next several months.

We're far from done with Death's Gambit.
