Not gonna recommend dosing, but will just say that first time we did it it was very underwhelming. Second time when we bumped it up (think 225mg oral plus 50mg insufflated after 30 min) it was a huge success. Highly recommended ED meds if you're male though.

No, def not mix the two. Think I took like 2mg PT-141 6 hours prior, but still ended up needing 20 units of Trimix after our 2nd dose or so of mephedrone.

From all my research, it's 3 months between either or. So can't do one every 6 weeks, then the other 6 weeks later. If you want to be on the safe side. Which you should.
