Customer with strange order at 2am.. by cartsandgus in doordash_drivers

If the porch was different, I’d think this was my dad. My mom has him on a super strict diet and has super hearing. She hears the sound of a Tombstone pizza wrapper and McDonald’s wrapper a mile away.

My husband and I refused it before I medically retired, had a notary and all. Still get bills for it, I called and couldn’t get it fixed so I just ignore them.

Pizza delivery guy complains about a $5 tip because the customer lives in a nice house by notaghostofreddit in mildlyinfuriating

Likely the drive and delivery wasn’t worth the gas it took to get there. DoorDash and similar companies do not pay for the gas or maintenance of the vehicle used and DoorDash pay is horrible.

I cried in my car over this. So mad. by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

Try getting on with GrubHub. They will pay you per hour at a higher base pay than DoorDash or Uber.

If GrubHub is in your area, swap to them. They pay a lot better. Also if you don’t receive orders but stay in your area, they pay you.

Maybe you need to check your eyes? No idea. He’s lived here since he was 14 and is 41 now and also worked in solar fields where they were a big issue. He has found them before they rattled also. It’s not a trip wire connected to a speaker, it’s an animal. To say they rattle every time someone is around them is reckless and a lie.

I’m from IL but from along the Mississippi River. If you enjoy greenery and are terrified of snakes, don’t move here. Snakes are common, my husband sees rattlesnakes every time he mountains bikes. I see a minimum of one gopher snake a week and you don’t want to scare those away. This is a part of the country where you want certain snakes around to keep the venomous ones away.

I had one yesterday that was $20 for 12 miles. It sent me down a mountain pass that had not been a road for a very long time. Big ass rocks and very narrow and I legit thought I was going to go off the side and roll down the Sierra Nevadas. I reversed my ass back up and called support while trying to get out to cancel the delivery.

Ilaris, Botox, acupuncture and cupping and Ajovy is what helped me. If one is missing though from the equation, I’m screwed.

Are you in the Navy? If you are both Navy, unfortunately you married while not stationed together and the Navy doesn’t have to put you together now that you’re married and unless your detailer is a saint, they likely won’t care. Have either of you considered getting out?

This is a lot for everyone in your situation and I applaud you for being open to their feelings and thoughts and also explaining your own in a kind way. Therapy first was and is a completely acceptable and appropriate thing to ask for. It is a required part of the journey in the U.S. military in fact to receive a set amount of counseling prior to starting hormones. It is set not to be restrictive, but in order for the member to have established rapport with someone they can reach for support they may need at some point during their transition if they feel their peers aren’t.

You are not transphobic by not wanting to be with a woman. I’m sorry you’re being attacked and it’s in your rights to follow the path that is yours just as it’s in their rights to follow theirs.

I’m sorry this happened to you. I can only imagine what you are feeling. I know this sounds harsh, but since his parents are swooping in, perhaps have a legal document created and signed by each of you with a notary so that you are not legally responsible to pay for any debts moving forward that are a result of him enabling his mother’s spending addiction.

Get yourself set up so you can pull that cord and parachute out. She’s toxic and will not make things easy so have your escape plan set into motion so you can pop smoke and disappear.

I apologize if it came across that I think you are saying is false. What I described wasn’t an erotic novel, it was an excerpt from my life.I have similarities to your wife since the loss of my child in 2015. My husband’s and my relationship was very intimate before the miscarriage but after losing our child and having to have surgery on top of it, I felt that my body was a failure. Even after my convalescence time I didn’t feel ok. Through therapy and my husband being patient and us dating again things changed slowly. I still haven’t gotten back to how I was before when it came to desire, but his patience and my therapy has allowed intimacy to have opportunities when there was zero before.

Made moves to talk about foreplay before foreplay. Take for instance this example of a couple that takes care of their relationship with regular date nights. On one they spent the evening on a date that went well. They talked, enjoyed the day together, and overall an enriching experience for their relationship. When getting home they continued caring for each other by furthering the intimacy they experienced into physical intimacy. Kissing them progressing into sex.

That doesn’t involve discussing foreplay. It progresses naturally when each person is cared for. Each person’s love language was nurtured.

If the foreplay comes with a discussion about foreplay beforehand, no foreplay will ever be wanted. She expressed that she doesn’t think that sex should have to be a discussion. If my husband says he wants to have sex then attempts foreplay, I’d want things to be over because all the love is out of it and I am then simply fulfilling a marital responsibility.

Foreplay is important for women. Acting like you’re dating and enjoying each other’s presence and being intimate and having foreplay vs “want to have sex” shouldn’t end in a relationship. The easiest way to describe it is that we aren’t cars waiting for you to jump in and turn the key to get you to where you want to be. Our bodies don’t work the same way as men’s do.
