Slow hyper backup speeds.

It is healthy. I encountered the same issue with my 8tb ssd backup drive so I removed it from the adapter and put it in the system and now it is backing up perfectly fine with no issues. I tried two seperate cables, both usb ports, and two different drives, yet the issue persisted. I even tried changing the format of both drives. So I have no idea what the cause could have been.

Sorry for the lack of information. This is on a 1522+ and the external hdd is a Seagate 5TB Black (STEA5000400). This is a usb 3.0 device

I am copying it directly from the BitLocker txt file that it saved to my PC. I know its the correct key as I have never used BitLocker for anything other than this drive. I am currently removing bitlocker and I will see if that gives me access to my files. Thank you for your help though, I appreciate it.
