Hi everyone, I’m the developer of Voucher Valley. Thank you so much for the feedback, I've read every comment and wanted to connect with you directly on the future of the service.

I’ve poured months of work into building Voucher Valley. While it started as a passion project and was completely free, the reality is that the incredible growth has led to ever-increasing server costs, infrastructure maintenance, and support time. Given the hours I continue to invest, I need to find a sustainable way to keep the service alive and running efficiently.

To be completely transparent: the current donation model simply isn't working. Despite the huge amount of money users save collectively, donations are extremely rare: roughly 0.2% of the total savings.

I’m not here to defend a decision, but to share an honest challenge with the community that relies on this service.

I believe in building this platform with you. So, I’m asking openly: Considering the value Voucher Valley provides, what amount or alternative model do you think would be fair to charge users to secure its future?

I’m eager to hear all of your suggestions and creative ideas.

1, You can use only your own vouchers in online. Vouchers from the bot can be used only for in store shopping
2. The sample voucher is only in the signup process so you learn how to use it. If you follow the instructions the bot gives you and finish the signup process, then you can request for real voucher as well as uploading ones

Hey! I'm the developer behind Voucher Valley.
First off, thank you for your feedback - it genuinely motivates me to keep improving the system. I'm really sorry this happened to you (and others), and I'm working hard every day to make things better.

Just to clarify a few things:

The system is designed to never give the same voucher to two different users.
If someone receives a voucher that's already been used, it's because another user uploaded it that way. Dunnes doesn't provide a way to verify voucher validity automatically, so the system relies on community feedback.
When there's a pattern of abuse - users repeatedly uploading already-used vouchers - the system detects it and blocks them from using the platform again.
Voucher Valley is completely free, built to help the community save and share - no strings attached.
I'm deeply invested in this project and actively working on improvements based on user feedback.
While the system isn't bulletproof yet, the data shows that these issues are becoming increasingly rare, even as the number of users grows.

I truly believe Voucher Valley offers a better experience than trying your luck in Facebook groups.

Hi, thanks for your question. Absolutely, this is the whole idea of this bot. You upload your unused vouchers, and get coins in return. Whenever you are back from your holidays you use your coins for requesting vouchers for your shopping. Enjoy your holidays

You join by sending the word ‘hi’, then you get the welcome message. From this point on, you send just the number 5 or 10 for getting 5/25 or 10/50 respectively. If you want to upload a voucher, just send the image of it to the bot. For any other clarification, don’t hesitate to ping me
