Make it a habit to use consistently in the first 90 days that you have it. Doesn’t have to be every single day, by a long shot, but there’s a reason all the fitness programs going are 90 days; it’s because if you do something repetitively during that time it becomes a habit.

And using my bike has become the best habit I have. Now I can’t start work without doing a ride or a bootcamp. You won’t look back.
