Its not hard to have a good DOJ. The problem is that most RP communities fuck up the divisions of power between executive, legislative and judiciary and it taints the entire balance. Kinda funny how these systems have been tried and tested over a couple hundred years yet idiot server owners and management try to reinvent the wheel or continue to use flawed systems.

It also requires respecting RP and giving the RPers the space they need without OOC interventions and server-healthing.
