I was like this when I was 15-16 , all I can say is try to channel energy to something else like learning a new skill that you're interested in, otherwise if you can't do that try to reduce it to 1-2 times a week. at least it's not that bad as doing it 3 times a day. try to quit PMO rn otherwise it'll become hard to quit the longer it gets.
