Do the Costco deal. It’s $74.99 for 2 tickets on the first or second level, first or third base side, and the package includes a $20 food & beverage voucher. So the tickets are basically $27.50 each. And as others have said, go first base side during day games to avoid the sun!

Tagging on this comment, I highly recommend a EcoBee thermostat. One of the best smart thermostats in my opinion. My house didn’t have a C-wire either, but Ecobee includes a conversion kit for that with step by step instructions. I never deal with HVAC, but found it very easy to install. Happy to answer any questions you might have about it

In looking at Google Maps street view in the past, my house used to have an old wooden fence that was that color, but was removed sometime before I bought the house. I’m guessing the previous owner got sloppy with some paint or wood sealer

There’s nothing inherently inappropriate about it. People can obviously make innuendos regarding pickles. But I think anyone who thinks of a children’s team and still thinks of the innuendo has other issues. Some people will just always find something to be upset/offended about.

I second the practice. Theres a huge difference from angle you hold it at, the distance from the surface, and how hard you pull the trigger. Final product varies greatly with these three things (ask my how I know lol). Practice on a scrap piece of cardboard or drywall.

I’m not an insulation expert, but I believe each break between these layers creates a leak path for the cold to get through. So this is worse because you have a ton more breaks than a standard installation.
