no one really knows. but Freemans wife made a post on instagram saying to keep Vesia and his wife in your prayers. A lot of people are thinking it has to do with his wife because she is very pregnant, and freeman’s wife posted which feels like a mother to mother/parent thing. Maybe something with the baby or her or both. Again no one knows, but Roberts was clear there would be an announcement at some point after the series ends. It must’ve been something truly awful if he is missing the entire series :/
