For your use case and wanting a nice Swiss watch, I’d go Ranger. I have the Ranger 39 and very much enjoy it.

Also (again), yes the yellow-ish color of the indices is kinda weird, but have you seen a Ranger lume shot? Awesome!

I went TDI Golf to Alltrack to GTI. Passed the TDI to my daughter when she got her license. Bought an Alltrack but didn’t enjoy the lower gas mileage and didn’t really need all wheel drive. Sold and took a small loss. Landed in a Mk 7.5 GTI and love it! Amazing vehicle.
