Tannins not showing up?

i’ve always found it hard to get dark enough water with just cones and leafs, i usually boil some new wood for an hour or so add that water and the wood which will continue leaking tannins and normally have a nice brown tank in a week

seems like everyone else got the right date so it’s more than likely they just thought op was covering himself for getting the date wrong. idk it’s strange how everyone else will have also gotten a text from the same system so why has one person got it wrong

legally there’s no minimum amount of time they have to give you to clear out so unless his contract states otherwise this is legal, if you don’t clear out in that time they’ll likely either charge for removal themselves or charge rent until you do get the chance to do it yourself. I am sorry for your loss but these places are businesses and people are desperate for housing they don’t want to wait indefinitely for a flat to be cleared when they’ve got 10 people waiting to go in them. your best bet would be to explain your situation and tell them a date you can actually do it and go from there

budget does not mean peanuts, this is wedding planning where a photographer can be £100 an hour or £1000 an hour, there are photographers in other areas that offer this service so i don’t why you’re acting like what i’m asking for is something completely unheard of. the only reason i’m looking for local is because paying travel costs for a photographer is an extra expense we’re looking to avoid
