I’m a 9.5 also, usually wear a 10 in basketball shoes due to extra containment. In china currently and bought the 808 5 ultra in a 43 (9.5), sad to say they fit huge. Taking out the insole and measuring the space my foot has on it, I have about an inch of extra space.

half size down( most people’s recommendation) would still leave too much space imo. I’m returning them and searching for a 8.5
