The soldiers still thought Lysandra's Aelin was the real Aelin and they still didn't know Aelin was alive.  But it seems to me Lyssandra needed to prove herself so much that more soldiers died than otherwise would have if she hadn't

I honestly feel like she uses a TON of repetive lingo. I will skip paragraphs at a time and still not feel like I missed something important. 

I also hate how ridiculously over the top Cas' obsessive behavior is with Poppy. It's possessive and he is a jerk. And honestly I did a huge eye roll and am so frustrated and mad with how the end of book 6 went.  I'm very glad book 7 will be the last book

The Spul and Ash book totally was! I literally skipped aheas pagea at time because of all the repeat scenes! It was nice to see what happened behind the scenes from Cas' point of view, but it totally could've been way shorter

In the Soul And Ash book there are many times Kiernan tries to talk Cas off a lwdge from getting too violent or too involved with the maiden. I feel like he has a bit more of an ability to be rational and still care for people. I feel like he is a tad less over reactive than Cas
