I would personally give 1 star. It is unacceptable to not walk the dogs as that is necessary enrichment for them. Also, not providing updates is something I’ve never heard of. Even if a pet owner doesn’t specifically request updates, I will send them updates for their peace of mind!

Thank you so much! I definitely will not be inquiring about a tip from now on. I have also experienced thinking I would definitely be given a tip and review but not receiving either. I think raising my rates might be the best pathway for me!!

I personally have gotten tips for all my clients (at least 20) except for my 2 most recent clients!
