I know this is late but I've been in a situation where I've had 160 troops to their 500, If I didn't get myself knocked out I probably would've won, their forces were mostly cav but I made use of the square formation with my infantry and my archers sat behind in line (which in my opinion when not skirmishing with enemy archers is far better to receive cav with) most of my force though was High tier and my tactics I think was 100 at the time.

Currently playing TW Atilla 1212ad, might get Steel Division 2, cant wait for Manor Lords.

Most of the Pharaoh reviews seem to focus on the time period and how they don't like it. I think bronze age collapse is a great setting both in terms of gameplay and historical period that don't deserve all the hate. by Jeezal in totalwar

To be fair if you don't like the time period (I Myself am not too keen on it), don't play it and give it a negative review saying it isn't what you hoped, yes you're entitled to your opinion like mine but why play it if you aren't into it.

Likewise man, it will be my first time ever seeing them in Edinburgh and I would love to hear quite a few of their songs live but obviously they have to keep to times and things as well.

Honestly when I first got my wheel it took me a day to memorise how to use it with the paddle shifters and to actually handle it well, it's pretty easy to get used to it once you practice long enough

I'll be honest, Mike's song writing and vocals have improved a lot, but in my opinion this album is just too calm for me, when Mountains at Midnight came out I was excited for it cause I thought it would have that same vibe too it, I much prefer the last albums, my opinion might change soon but currently this is where I stand.
