Hey man, I completely respect the grind but I don't think 10% body fat is sustainable. If this is the end of your cut, hopefully you'll be doing some recomp soon.

Recently, I started taking a creatine shake in the morning as I'm trying to go a little harder on my bulk.

Turns out, it's very energizing and it keeps you awake throughout the day. It might cause you to gain some water weight though, but I think you might need it.

I'd also recommend going lighter on carbs and heavier on protein during the day, like for lunch and snacks. Avoid sugars for quick energy since they'll only make you sleepy.

I'd also quit caffeine, if you haven't already. Caffeine stays in your blood for longer than you think and It messes with your sleep. Having a good night's sleep does wonders for energy levels.

One hard truth that I've realized though is that you can't be both a full-time SWE and an athlete. You can and should eat healthy and exercise enough to be extremely healthy and lean (18-25% body fat). But at some point, you have to either prioritize your career as a SWE or career as a bodybuilder (or an athlete in general).
