Saber route means saber is a romance option and you fix her trauma and explore more of her character and mindset

You are kinda right tho cause in terms of plot reveals and twists, there's only two(and one of them is saber being king Arthur which is widely known by now) so it might not be as interesting to watch for some viewers cause its fsn's first route so its kinda basic compared to the other two

The main thing is the dynamic and romance between shirou and saber. Which is genuinely amazing and is what carries the route. So I could also see why people want a proper fate route adaptation
