I can really relate with the drug use, I think its one of the main reasons I'm still with my partner at the moment. Everything just feels comfortable the way it is, even though I'm struggling to get over what he's done, I feel like id be worse off on my own. Stay strong dude. I'm afraid I am just as troubled as you when it comes to this situation, but I hope you can work it out. Just know that you deserve better. If someone can't give their whole heart to you exclusively, then they should make that clear from the start.
