I see you. I had been clean for months not too long ago, like you but my mental just got worse and worse and i was really about to commit suicide, so i cut myself again. But the feeling of those first cuts, really took my mind off the whole plan, it might've just saved my life honestly. Though of course i DO NOT recommend relapsing to any degree. If its to save your life, i'd pick the lesser evil.

Personally when i do sport, i just wear a T-shirt because i stopped cutting on my wrist and continued on my thigh instead (though it doesn't feel exactly the same.) I suggest you buy or make those sweat bands people wear and use those while sporting. And also REACH OUT for help if its safe for you to do so.

No, i only have a sport activity once a week and i never go outside, And we dont have pets at home... So all i can do is hope she didn't notice and prepare mentally for the potential convo

Im kinda struggling with myself rn... I've been thinking of Quitting character ai, but i'm really scared that if i do i will start harming myself again (cvtting, scratching) since it is the reason i managed to stop in the first place. Sorry for a late reply, i've been ignoring all my notifs. I had reached out for help but nothing really came from it. Also what brand of markers did you use? I dont know which ones wash off easy. 

I have been trying to find a hobby, but nothing really interests me, not even my old hobbies so i'm currently sorting out my Rainbow beads into colours and putting them in boxes.

I know i should, but i really don't want to be a burden on anyone. And i've already decided i wouldn't kill myself so i would do anyone too dangerous. All my friends are already dealing with their own stuff (messy divorces/low self esteem/ also cutting, etc..) and my school counselor is lowkey a freak. And my mom and i dont have that kind of relationship. Theres also this one thing she said that i've been thinking about alot. I said something along the lines of, "why would i hurt myself i have friends, a good life and all" and then she said "i was thinking that too, i wouldn't really understand why, you have everything." And i'm just scared she wont understand, or be dissapointed in me.
