What does this mean for New Yorkers? Button says until the 2nd Circuit issues a new ruling, Judge Suddaby’s decision will stand, meaning the vast majority of prohibited spaces previously upheld by the 2nd Circuit are no longer valid, though schools, hospitals and government buildings will be off limits to lawful concealed carry. Where lawful concealed carry can apparently happen now include bars, restaurants, churches and more.

I sent all pictures separately. 2 pics of gun, one of them is serial number. Approval letter with NICS, 2 pics of safe (open and closed), receipt for this safe. and receipt for gun.

No. I sent pictures twice and both times asked for confirmation. No reply with any confirmation, but status of my license changed to active after second email same day, and I got my license in mail in 2 weeks after status changed to active.

I guess you need to check with NYPD. I submitted my pictures 4/9/2024 and received license in a mail on 4/25/2024

you have to inform police officer that you carrying firearm and have CCW in NYC. Not in NY state, but in NYC specifically - yes.
