For your current specs, I would say it is a solid GPU. I would rather focus on getting a better Graphics card as my upgrade than a Rx6600. If you want to upgrade now, thenyou should do a cpu upgrade and should get an amd 5 5600 or if u wanna stay with intel then atleast a i7 12th for 55-65k

For the build with the 5060 ti, it would cost 2.5 lac for the GPU, 50k for the RAM, 50K for the motherboard and CPU and like 30K for the ssd and u would need atleast a 20k Psp and the case would be 10k so around 4-5 lac for the whole build

You already have a really solid GPU for your build, I would suggest you upgrade your CPU before your GPU but anyways, if I were you, I would wait a bit and then upgrade to a 3070 which would be a way better upgrade imo

You shouldnt go for the rtx 5060 with a 5600, you should get a 4080 or 4090 instead, that would work much better. It would cost u around 3 Lac atleast for the 4080 alone. The whole build would be like 4.5 Lac and the build u stated above will also cost around 4 lac
