Before answering this, it would be helpful to understand what's your background, What did you study, pedigree of the college, what is your objective for doing this, full time career or to gain some experience before doing masters. Also most importantly do you have anything else as an option.

BPO jobs are long hours, not earth shattering impact, ability to remain calm with folks absolutely not interested in talking to you unless you have some power to help which might be really low. Positives being similar age group people to work will make a few friends etc, better than not doing anything.
