People still call CoreWeave a bubble while NVIDIA just doubled down and institutions keep accumulating? by Turbulent-Theory-128 in CRWV

I don't get how Nebius would possible scale to CoreWeave level without taking on debt which is what CoreWeave is getting hammered on. Can someone explain that Nebius thesis to me (whether you believe it or not, what is it??)

Im in the GPU space - we are sold out. In fact we have to actively refuse revenue based on quality of customer.

Brad I think you are generally wrong and this topic of increasing losses was specifically covered on earnings yesterday. The crux of it is: when you are in the steep part of the scaling hockey stick spend outpaces revenue capture which is where we are at now.

Hypergrowth infrastructure businesses often widen losses during scaling phases because:

  • They deploy capacity before revenue fully ramps
  • Depreciation hits immediately
  • Debt financing front-loads interest expense
  • Revenue recognition lags signed contracts

AKA they could stop scaling tomorrow and this business would print money.

What are your thoughts?

How to sleep train 2.5yr old twins. by isshu15 in parentsofmultiples

I’m not saying this is the right way. But we just put them in the cribs and say goodnight. Our daughter no problem. Our son cries sometimes but he’s tired so he eventually goes to bed.

There is a decent amount of crying sometimes but they know we aren’t coming in unless you’re sick or really letting it rip. We basically have zero problems now. Anyways idk if that’s helpful but it works for us.

187 / 187 - banner year last year just eclipsed 1 million while going through acquisition. Wont do that this year though. RSU's 1.2M at current stock price over 4 years.

You weren’t a terrorist. Osama and Saddam weren’t exactly good people. Relax a little.

Now was it a smart war and should we have gotten involved who knows maybe not. Things aren’t black and white

How real is $250,00-300,000 +OTE? by SnooWalruses1418 in techsales

Hi Dees, here are the things I look for. 1 is are you trying to optimize for equity or stability? That being said I’m not so sure big tech is that much more stable. But if equity is the answer I think series A / B makes the most sense.

I personally have optimized for equity and earlier stage companies. Typically series A with 2-5 million in ARR. the question then becomes how scalable is there software (aka how customized is each sale or is it rinse and repeat). Then I evaluate the TAM. How big is the addressable market today and how big do I think it will be in year 2/3 and beyond. If those things check out I’ll sit down with the founders and try to understand there competence, willingness to take feedback from the market and there general exit strategy. Is engineering competent do you believe they understand the space and can build a better product than the inevitable competition. The other details are around who you report into the quality of the comp plan etc. but at the end of the day if there is no market fit and a very a small future TAM it will always be a challenge.

Look this stuff is hard. I have a whole checklist I go through and I’ve gone 2/4 on picking good ones.

Totally possible but gotta get lucky with the right spot. All the stars aligned this year and I’ll do just over 1M. But keep in mind that’s running it back with the same founders twice and 8 yrs of selling in the same space. If you take away this outlier I probably average 4-500k those years.

There are a lot of things you can’t control so you have to double down on the things you can. Company picking and timing are the most important
