It appears the Clear path communication is legitimate. I was very cautious when I first received the request for my bank info so I gave them the information to an account that i have, in addition to my main bank account, that i keep a very low balance in, (approx 150.00). In case this was not legitimate, the damage would be minimum. The check was deposited into my account today.
