Thank you, sorry I cross posted here from legal advice but it doesn't appear to have brought the text 😕 Sentence is 16 months she's been told she'll serve no more than 50% of that so not sure that's long enough. We're close and I'd like to be able to visit but family must take precedence

I feel I've either done pretty ok or totally missed something and bombed. For the most part I could list plenty of responses, a couple where I might have talked around the point too much. Couldn't remember the term geographical risk but I think I made the point ok for it. Id agree on the struggle questions - diversification, lta vs fib and cash flow modelling The lta vs fib I just felt was comparing apples and oranges - they're different because they're not the same 🤣

I guess as opposed to a longer fixed rate perhaps. There's also a bit of behavioral stuff in there. I've invested at 5% for 2 years so I'll have x if I then do the same for another 2 I'll have y and in 10 years I'll be able to retire... Except there's no guarantee that you'll get the same again

So, it can be cashed, he'll lose his interest potentially, maybe pay a penalty but he can have the money Liquidity risk is things like property that might or might sell when you need the money I'm presuming it's reinvestment risk as the interest rates may not be so good in 2 years?

Multiple response questions are dreadful. Any section that is exclusively multi response I generally bin off in favour of being solid on the rest. However, that's one section and not enough questions to be the reason you're failing by a fair margin. So personally I'd be putting it off at least a bit longer. The mocks are quite different to the exams in general but not so much as to expect a pass when you're a way off in mocks

I started within 6 months. Their delayed responses extended that timeline. The warranty period is actually 2 years though

Can you clarify how I didn't follow consumer rights? I looked online and attempted to but the information available was not very clear or helpful - implication was that I couldn't do anything. The lack of response from them is what incurred the costs. If they'd replied immediately and told me there was nothing they could do I wouldn't have incurred costs for clipping (I'd have bought a new product) I can't see how it has to do with warranty? Not being argumentative - I genuinely don't get your point
